Leadership is a skill that we are all aware of. There are many interpretations by many people. A most common one is that a leader is the "Boss" or the person that is in charge of the operation. While this is true, leaders do far more than that. Actually leading an operation is a function of "management". Not all managers are leaders or at least good ones. Many leaders are managers and do superfluous job.
Most of us have been and are leaders in some manner. Parents in the home are leaders, and yes some aren't so good at it. We have leaders in church besides the pastor. A great leader will empower others to rise to their greatest potential.
Your ability to be a leader is
incumbent on your good listening skills, ability to find solutions whether they are your own or someone e
lse's. You may not always be the boss but you'll fare far better when you know what is expected and you work to make your
up line shine.
Leadership skills are essential to all of us, just be cognizant and learn more about them.
